Kuare ICT Solutions - Service Policy for .co.tz Domain Hosting

1. Service Activation and Access

• After purchase, services will be activated within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the package.
• Clients will receive access to their CPanel or other hosting management systems once the setup is complete.

2. Payment Terms

• All hosting packages are billed annually, with payment due upfront at the time of purchase.
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other available methods.
• Prices for all packages are exclusive of taxes, which will be added at the time of purchase.
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee on the outstanding balance.

3. Service Duration

• All hosting packages are provided for a 1-year period from the activation date, with the option to renew after the first year.
• Renewal invoices will be sent 30 days before the expiration date of the current term.

4. Support Services

• 24/7/366 Online Support is available for all clients. Support can be accessed via email, phone, or our support portal.
• We offer technical assistance for issues related to hosting, email accounts, and server access. Please note that support for third-party applications or custom configurations may be subject to additional charges.

5. Data Management and Backup

• All hosting packages include daily backups; however, we recommend clients keep additional backups of their data to avoid any unforeseen loss.
• Kuare ICT Solutions is not responsible for any data loss caused by client errors or misuse of the hosting platform.

6. Domain Registration and Ownership

• Domain registration for .co.tz domains is included with the hosting packages.
• The client is the sole owner of the domain once registered. Kuare ICT Solutions acts only as the registrar for the domain.
• Clients are responsible for updating their domain information and managing renewals. Kuare ICT Solutions will send reminders for domain renewals, but it remains the client’s responsibility to ensure their domain is renewed in time to avoid any disruptions.

7. Fair Usage and Restrictions

• All hosting packages are subject to fair usage policies. We reserve the right to limit resources, such as bandwidth and storage, if they exceed typical usage patterns.
• Kuare ICT Solutions reserves the right to suspend services that violate our Terms of Service, including hosting illegal content or engaging in activities that may harm the server’s security.

8. Service Cancellation and Refunds

• Clients can cancel their hosting services at any time by providing a 30-day notice.
• No refunds will be provided for early cancellations, and any unused portion of the service will not be refunded. However, clients can use their remaining credit towards other services or renewals.

9. Security and SSL Certificates

• SSL certificates are included in the hosting packages where specified. They are provided for secure email and website transactions.
• We implement security measures to protect the server and hosting environment; however, it is the client’s responsibility to secure their individual accounts and sensitive data.

10. Changes and Updates

• Kuare ICT Solutions reserves the right to update or change the terms of service as needed. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes.
